Return / Exchange Eligibility
You may request a Return / Exchange within 03 Days of receiving your order — ONLY if:
- Wrong product received
- Product defective / damaged
- Wrong size delivered (differs from invoice size)
- Wrong color / print mismatch
Not Eligible
- Product used / washed / perfume / dirty
- Tags removed / packaging removed
- Discount / Clearance / Flash Deals / Free gifts
- “Change of mind” / expectation mismatch without defect
Delivery Charges Responsibility
AurValin will pay Return shipping if:
- defect / wrong product / wrong size sent by us
Customer will pay Return shipping if:
- requesting size change preference / color preference choice
Refund Policy
Refund is only eligible after our QC verification.
If replacement stock not available → full refund will be provided.
- COD orders refund → via bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer
- Online payment refund → same original payment method
- Refund processing timeline → typically 7-10 business days
- Shipping / COD charges are non-refundable
Exchanges
