Order Confirmation & Cancellation
- Order is confirmed ONLY after our team manually verifies & approves.
- We may cancel order due to: fraud alert, wrong address, product unavailability, payment failure or suspicious activity.
- Customer may request cancellation BEFORE delivery dispatch confirmation.
Delivery & Shipping
- Dhaka Metro: 1-3 business days

Return / Refund Policy

- Wrong product, manufacturing defect or damage product received cases — customer must report within 72 hours of delivery.
- We do not accept return due to “change of mind / color difference from screen brightness”.
