We deliver both local stock in Bangladesh and stock from other countries, and we check the quality at every step.
1. The time it will take to deliver
• In Dhaka: 1 to 3 business days
• Dhaka Suburb: 2 to 5 business days
• Outside of Dhaka: 2 to 7 business days
• (Delivery times may change because of delays with the courier, bad weather, government holidays, or other unexpected problems with logistics.)
2. Costs and details of delivery

3. Ways to Pay
We have safe and flexible ways to pay:
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available all over the country.
• bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer, and Credit-Debit Cards
4. Notes and rules for shipping
• You can only send one order to one address. Please make separate orders for each destination.
• Your courier partners may call you to confirm before they deliver.
• Outside of Dhaka: Some courier partners may need to pick up from the nearest hub, depending on where they are.
• Orders that are paid for in advance are given priority and processed more quickly than COD. • Urgent deliveries are not available on Fridays or public holidays.
5. Product that is missing, broken, or wrong
If you get something that is broken, wrong, or damaged, let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
• Show proof of unboxing with a video.
• Once we have confirmed the return, we will send you a new item or give you your money back according to our policy.
